Site work for a water / sewer project in Norwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Description: Demolition, removal and disposal of existing concrete floating docks, steel piles and all utilities. Retain four existing gangways as shown in project plans. Furnish and install concrete landing for ADA ramp and associated guardrail in accordance with the Project Notes and Drawings. Reinstall four existing gangways in accordance with the Project Notes and Drawings. Furnish and install 80 gangway and regrade stone riprap and subgrade as required for installation as specified on the Project Drawings. Furnish and install thirteen (13) 16 diameter steel guide piles socketed as specified on the Project Drawings. Furnish and install concrete floating docks, pile guides, hinge plates, transition plate, guardrail, utility chases and all associated connecting hardware. Floating docks and associated members shall be constructed in accordance with Project Note and Drawings. Furnish and install light bollards and associated electrical lines and upland connections. Light bollards shall be constructed in accordance with Project Note and Drawings. Provide an AutoCAD and hard copy of a signed and stamped A-2/T-2 as-built survey of the project area at the completion of the Project. Answers will be provided no later than the end of business 5 days prior to the bid opening as an addendum
