5148 Project estimate is $440,000. Respondents must be pre-qualified with MDOT. Work classification required for this project is 440 Fa - Bridges and Special Structures If email is not accessible for you to send us your bid, and you need special accommodations, please contact purchasing@kentcountyroads.net and/or (616) 242-6928. We can work with you to make sure you have the opportunity to submit your bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive irregularities therein, and to accept any bids which, in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and to the best interest of the County. This contract will be considered for award on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 If you plan to submit a bid, please acknowledge the receipt of this invitation to bid by emailing purchasing@kentcountyroads.net. This allows for KCRC to be in contact with you for any future communication throughout the bid process. This work shall be done in accordance with the requirements of the 2020 Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction and as specified herein. This special provision is included with the contract to clarify that the project requires culvert bedding even though a CMPA is being constructed.
