The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work at Roan Mountain State Park. Contractor shall be responsible to take their own measurements, etc., to properly quote the scope of work. Contractor shall be responsible to remove all debris from construction site off state property to an approved location. Contractor is expected to perform all work with quality workmanship, to the latest (state and local) codes and manufacturer specifications. SCOPE: CABINS 1-9 SIDING, WINDOWS AND DECK RENOVATIONS. Invoice shall be submitted for payment within 10 days of project completion. This bid event is to renovate the windows, siding and decks on (9) Cabins at Roan Mountain State Park. These cabins will be shut down for renovations beginning 7/4/23 through 10/16/23. A schedule for each cabin will be made available. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the park office on May 2nd, 10 a.m. s and conditions, and any amendments, for questions, comments, defects, objections, or any other matter requiring clarification or correction (collectively called "questions and comments").
