Site work and paving for a civil project in Tracy, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called "LLNS") is seeking sources for the performance of construction in support of LLNS' requirements. The objective of the project is to replace the failing water distribution piping within zone 3 at Site 300 with both a potable and fire water systems. The projects setting within a superfund site adds additional construction constraints within the CERCLA regulations. Temporary onsite storage and handling for soil, asphalt cement, and potential other constructiondebris such as aggregate base, etc. will be required. LLNS is seeking General Contractors with successful water and sewer line piping experience. Interested contractors should submit prequalification information per the checklist attached, safety questionnaire and a completed representative/certification form, and Safety Plan Checklist via e-mail to Jerome Linson De La Vega, at delavega2@llnl.gov and Lisa Cabral, at cabral8@llnl.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
