Contractor will be responsible to perform a final clean to ensure the product applications will adhere properly to the surfaces being coated Crack Sealer for approximately 5,000 linear feet of cracks Routered to 3/8" deep, then clean and fill with hot crack sealant. Use an approved crack sealant. Idaho 600 Series Cationic Emulsion or approved equal. Seal coat (2 coats) approximately 142,000 sq. ft. of road and parking lot Use an approved reinforced asphalt emulsion sealant. Maxwell Nuvo Sealant or approved equal. There is approximately 19,000 sq.ft. of the total area that is reserved for project lay-down that may not be done. Lines, signs and curbs need to be painted, per supplied map and pictures. Lines and curb = YELLOW approximately 95 parking spots approximately 453 running feet of curb SETFAST TM5627 Solventborne Acrylic Marking Paint or approved equal. Handicap parking spots = BLUE/WHITE With glass beads SETFAST TM226 Waterborne Marking Paint or approved equal. Cross Walks = WHITE With glass beads SETFAST TM226 Waterborne Marking Paint or approved equal. Work will need to be performed off-hours. Weather permitting - best to be completed prior to July 7th.
