The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Utility potholing via vacuum extraction at 98 properties for purposes of determining material types on the house and street sides of the existing curb stops for a random sampling of water service throughout the City of Stanton. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from EGLE and their Drinking Water Asset Management Grant. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of Stanton in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of Sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed by October 1, 2023.
