The Pierce County Board of Education is soliciting bids for removal of existing VCT and carpet, and installation of new LVT and covebase at Patterson Elementary School, Pierce County Board of Education Building, and Pierce County Schools Bus Barn Awarding of bid will be made upon verification of all bid documentation required. The Pierce County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any or all products covered in this Bid and to waive informalities or defects in submissions to accept such Bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board Provide all materials and labor for the removal of existing VCT, Carpeted flooring, Glue, and cove base in areas specified. Install new LVT and cove base as specified. All areas will be replaced with LVT. Estimated flooring replacement quantities are: Mohawk LVT=11,925 sqft, Mannington LVT =1,795 sqft, Walk-off Carpet=144 sqft. However, it is the responsibility of the contractor to verify all material quantities.
