The intent of this bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to replace the air handling units and associated equipment at Webster Niblock School, 909 4th Avenue NE, Medicine Hat, AB. Replacement of existing indoor mounted ventilation units and roof mounted condensing unit with new roof mounted air handling units and remote condensing units. A heat exchanger and glycol loop are to be installed to service the new air handler heating coils. Existing classroom cooling only unit to be removed. An exhaust fan to be added to address ventilation rates in storage and custodial rooms.
