Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 02, 2023, project was awarded to A to Z Property Maint. LLC., and the awarded amount is $206,634.07.** In general, the work consists of the installation of concrete curbing, sidewalk, and truncated domes at radii and other miscellaneous locations along the streets having pavement preservation work completed. The electronic bids can only be submitted through. A digital ID along with a per bid fee or monthly subscription will be required for the BIDDER to submit an electronic bid.Project terms and bid requirements are available at website and are incorporated herein by reference. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed by Owner to be most favorable to the Owner. Enclosed please find an Advertisement for Bids describing the City of Piqua 23-06 ADA Curb Ramp Program. The project will advertise for bids commencing on April 16, 2023.
