In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of the Construct Parking Lot (Minor) construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is the construction and commissioning of the Tucson Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy building project at the Tucson CMOP. The scope of the project is to provide a new surface parking lot, fencing, cameras, bollards, gates, lighting, mechanical controls, and telecommunications. Construction and commissioning will be in accordance with the A/E provided final drawing set and associated specifications. The general construction includes alterations, road, walks, grading, drainage and necessary removal of existing site, construction, physical security and building automation. The contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the project and each phase shall be subject to VA approval at designated project milestones. The project includes (but not limited to) all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services, training, lighting, communications, security building management systems floor plan, operation, and maintenance manuals, as build drawings, permits, construction, installation, and commissioning. Normal work hours are planned to be between 7:00AM to 4:00PM local time, Monday through Friday except for federal holidays.
