The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for services to clean and televise the Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC) sanitation sewer pipelines. The service is needed to keep sanitation pipelines free of obstacles and to inspect for damage. Failure to clean and service the sewer pipelines on a regular basis could result in a Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) which requires the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to be notified. DHS intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC) is requesting to purchase services to clean and televise sanitation sewer pipelines. The service is needed to keep sanitation pipelines damage and obstacle free. Failure to clean and service the sewer pipelines on a regular basis could result in a sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) which has to be reported to the DNR. The SWC, a part of the Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS), is located in Union Grove, WI and provides health, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for people with intellectual disabilities. The clean up services being requested cover approximately 13,000 feet of sewer piping ranging from 8 to 16 inches in diameter. Bidder shall inspect, televise, and clean the sewer piping, document all resulting findings and provide recommendations to SWC for possible repairs or upgrades. SWC needs these services completed to be in compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Codes Chapter NR 208 and Chapter NR 210.
