Site work for a civil project in Barrington, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Requests For Information (RFI) due via email to Purchasing Agent: 5/10/2023 by 5:00 p.m If you have any questions, please email all questions by 5/10/2023 by 5:00 pm to: fpd.purchasing@cookcountyil.go The successful Bidder shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq 1. Licensed well contractor will have to obtain a permit for sealing the wells from Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and/or Public Health Department of Cook County (CCDPH). 2. Well Contractor shall disconnect electric power from the panel for existing well pump. 3. Well Contractor shall remove the pump, associated pipes and casing from the well and dispose of offsite. 4. Licensed well Contractor shall seal all wells per IDPH and CCDPH code requirements. The District reserves the right to issue Addenda to correct, modify, and amend this Request for Services Bid
