Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Air Commerce Drive Phase 2 -Widening and Pavement Replacement (Part A) Removing approximately 4,055 LF of existing asphalt paving, stone base, and curbs along Air Commerce Drive from approximately 800 feet south of Transglobal Drive to the South Park Road connector. The removed pavement shall be replaced with new concrete pavement and curbs. Approximately 2,400 LF of the existing street will be widened to a 5-lane section. Each sealed Bid shall be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, or satisfactory Bid Bond with good corporate surety, in a sum not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bid. Any questions from the prospective Bidders will be accepted in writing until noon, Thursday, April 27, 2023. After this date no questions will be answered. Questions submitted should be directed to Brian Sinnwell at Engineering@flylouisville.com. All questions must be put on the Bid Question Form. The agreed scope of Work for completion of the Renaissance South Business Park, Air Commerce Drive Phase 2 Widening & Pavement Replacement (Part A) and Universal Way Pavement Replacement (Part B), Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation, as described in these Contract Documents.
