Renovation of a municipal facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for annual inspections, maintenance, and repair of automotive lifts for a three-year term, with two option years commencing on or about September 1, 2023. The City of Phoenix, Public Works Department, Fleet Services Division (FSD) oversees the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of approximately 170 automotive lifts within its span of control. These lifts are located at various Fleet Services facilities throughout the City and are comprised of various manufacturers and models. The Contractor(s) must provide all equipment, tools, labor, materials, fluids, and clean-up necessary for annual non-destructive testing, inspection, maintenance, and/or repairs of the City's automotive lifts. This equipment must be kept in good working condition, meeting all requirements necessary to ensure the safe operation of the lifts. The maintenance or repair services completed under this Contract must be provided at a constant, high-quality level to adequately protect all lifts from deterioration and ensure constant peak performance resulting in minimal downtime. The City reserves the right to change dates, times, and locations, as necessary. The City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site Visit.
