Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mandeville, Louisiana. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to install a 4’ wide, 4” thick concrete sidewalk along the West side of N Pearl Dr. The newly installed sidewalk will connect to the existing sidewalks at the Southwest corner of N Pearl Dr. and Lake Erie Dr. and the Northeast corner of N Pearl Dr. and Lake Village Blvd. All driveways intersecting with the new sidewalk shall be removed and replaced with fiber reinforced concrete drives at slopes indicated on plans for the full length of the sidewalk to come under A.D.A compliance. Curb ramps, landings, detectable warning surfaces, signage, and pavement markings shall be installed where indicated on construction plans. Slab sodding to be installed over disturbed areas. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a wellknown technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response.
