**As of May 31, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $69,238.53** All sealed proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten (10%) percent. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. Township reserves the right to accept or reject all or any portion of any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or technicalities and to make the award in the best interest of the Township. 1. Furnish and place a Double Asphalt Seal Coat using RS-2P or CRS-2P and washed #8 %" aggregate meeting 1.0% wash test for the first application and Type 1, %" aggregate for the Second application as per section MS-0340-0005 found in Pub 447. Place the fog seal on the Asphalt Seal Coat as per Pub 408 Section 472. Allow the seal coat to cure a minimum of 14 days before fog sealing. Place the fog seal application within 1 to 45 days after the last day of the seal coat placement. 2. Furnish and Place a Single Asphalt Seal Coat using RS-2P or CRS-2P and washed 9M %" aggregate as per section MS-0340-0005 found in Pub 447. Place the fog seal on the Asphalt Seal Coat as per Pub 408 Section 472. Allow the seal coat to cure a minimum of 14 days before fog sealing.
