The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for complete Construction Management at Risk Services for Manatee Technical College Adult Classroom Wing Addition. The scope of work will provide construction services for a freestanding three-story building addition of approximately 19 classrooms at Manatee Technical College on SR70. The existing campus was constructed in 2013. The addition will be designed by Fawley Bryant Architecture, the architect of record for the existing school building. The selected prototype design is by HKS Architects, Inc. The total project budget to be determined. The applicant must be certified to perform work in the State of Florida at the time of application. Further, if a corporation, the applicant must be registered by the Department of State, Division of Corporations, to operate in the State of Florida at the time of the application. The selection will be made in accordance with the current State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), as may be amended, Florida Statute 287.055, and the School District of Manatee County's procedures and criteria.
