The City of Geneva, Illinois, is requesting proposals for all construction material testing services to be performed between June 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024. The bulk of the construction material testing typically will be done between July 2023 and November 2023. The estimated quantities that will need testing for the bulk of the work is as follows: 18,000 tons of HMA; 16,000 sq. ft. of sidewalk; 3,500 linear feet of curb. A map and a list of the streets where the bulk of the construction material testing will be needed are attached. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City of Geneva has limited funds available to complete this project, therefore notice is hereby given that the City of Geneva reserves the right to make changes to the scope of work or to reject all proposals. These changes shall not be reason for any adjustment to the unit prices. The requested schedule of fees is not a statement that all items and services listed on the schedule will be utilized in this project.
