ONLY REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BID ON PROJECTS (1) (1) In order to be a registered plan holder you must purchase a paper plan/proposal set OR sign in to the public dashboard website and download the appropriate bid documents. All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Lyon County Engineer. Sealed Bids should be mailed to Aurora Heard, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN, 56258 and should be clearly marked as a sealed bid for S.A.P. 042-605-037. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check cashiers check or bidders bond, payable to the Lyon County Treasurer, for at least 5% of the amount bid.
