The Texas Historical Commission ("Owner"), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals("Proposals") for selection of a General Contractor ("Contractor") to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for ChristiansonLeberman Building Roof Replacement (the "Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. Project Summary: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Replace in-kind the standing seam metal roof and built-up roof at the Christianson-Leberman Building.
