NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Livermore (City) is requesting qualified Contractors to submit bids for CIP 2021-12 Small Storm Drain Trash Capture Devices Project which includes furnishing and installing inlet trash filter devices and "No Dumping" markers at 64 storm inlets identified by the City. This project will be loacted at several different locations around the City. Request for bid (RFB) #2021-12 issued by the City. The Engineer's estimated construction cost is: $220,400. At the time of bid opening and for the duration of the Project, Contractor shall possess a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class "A" (See also, Instructions for Bidders, Section 4, Licenses and DIR Registration.) A bid submitted by a bidder that does not possess any of these licenses at bid opening may render the bid non-responsive, barring award of the Contract to that bidder. For additonal requirements please refer to the Division Zero and Division One sections of the project specifications.
