The Board of Water Commissioners reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of Manchester Water Works. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification Install 6-foot-tall Chain Link Fence with 3 Strands of Barbed Wire on Top at 5 Locations and include noted gates. o The contract term will be June 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023 with an option to extend/renew for an additional month from July 1, 2023 through July 30, 2023. This option to extend/renew is solely at Manchester Water Works discretion, by and through the Board of Water Commissioners. Agreement to extend/renew must be made in writing no less than 30 days prior to the end of contract. Pricing & Pricing formats: o All bidders must provide both a unit price and a total price for each item listed on the attached bid price sheet. o All bidders must provide a separate hourly rate for each task listed on the attached bid price sheet. o All bidders' prices must remain firm throughout the contract term. Actual or estimated quantities: You must specify whether the quantities are actual or estimated quantities intended to be purchased. If quantities are estimated state that Manchester Water Works will not be responsible for purchasing the actual quantities quoted. Please provide description of quality requirements. Please provide service and warranty terms.
