Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Battleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Sealed Tenders are invited from Contractors for the construction of the 2023 Street Improvements for the Town of Battleford. The work includes: 1. Supply of all materials and equipment for the completion of the Work. 2. Rehabilitation of existing road surface, including asphalt levelling course and approximately 3,000 m2 of hot mix asphalt recap. 3. Approx. 100 m2 of deep pavement repairs, including excavation, subgrade preparation, placement of granular base course and asphalt surface course. 4. Removal of approx. 375 lin.m. of existing asphalt sidewalk and replacement with concrete sidewalk, including installation of 150 mm base course. 5. Adjustments of manholes, catch basins, and valves. 6. Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the locations of all work required. 7. Clean up of site. 8. Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Constulting Engineer. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
