Renovation of a municipal facility in Morehead, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project was cancelled and there is no plan to rebid at a later date. The Baird Music Hall HVAC Improvements Project will take place within Baird Music Hall – west section 1st and 2nd Floors, located on the campus of Morehead State University. This scope of work includes the installation of an owner-furnished direct outdoor air supply system (DOAS) and the furnishing and installing of all ductwork, HVAC accessories, new acoustical ceilings in corridors, new LED lighting in corridors, as well as all associated mechanical and electrical work. A bid alternate is included in the scope of work to add the furnishing and installing of all ductwork, HVAC accessories, new acoustical ceilings in corridors, new LED lighting in corridors as well as all associated mechanical and electrical work on the (top) 3rd Floor.
