**As of July 26, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded . A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City is looking to expand and upgrade our current access control system to include entry points and critical doors for all city buildings. Our current access control system runs on two (2) separate platforms: Genetec platform version (5.7 SR4) and Facility Commander version (7.7). This system consists of nine (9) physical locations, and only three (3) locations have access control. The current system uses IDville proximity cards, and the enterprise system is Genetec. The proposed system should either integrate with the current system or include migrating to a new system. It is anticipated that the access control upgrade project will contain, but not limited to: 1. Install and expand existing door access control system. a. Utilize existing door hardware and devices when available to minimize costs. b. The system shall meet all building and fire codes adopted by the City of College Park. 2. The Contractor shall recognize and perform with all stated intents, specifications, and stipulations contained or referenced herein. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for researching the existing conditions and matters that may affect the cost or performance of the installation services. 4. The Contractor shall have a working knowledge of projects of this nature. 5. The Contractor shall be NIST. 800-171 compliant. 6. The Contractor shall have (current) certification with Genetec and shall provide a copy of the certification.
