Site work for a water / sewer project in Ellisville, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform all excavation, backfill, and grading required to complete the structure and piping work shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, trenching operations to install pipe, manholes, pump station wet wells, valve pits, and other structures, including all backfilling, grading, disposal of surplus and unsuitable materials, and all related work such as sheeting, bracing and water handling. Questions may be submitted in this format via email to the attention of Wiley Pickering, Project Engineer, at the following email address: wiley@pespllc.com. The award, if made, will be to the lowest qualified bidder on the Base Bid Amount. The Owner intends to accept the lowest and best bid and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. A Certified check or Bid Bond for FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total bid payable to The City of Ellisville must accompany each proposal. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letter qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
