Background TCHC is seeking qualified Vendors for the provision of Key Holder services as required across the TCHC portfolio. Key Holders will be engaged during large scale capital projects (eg. in-suite renovations, balcony/window replacements), in-suite demand general repair work, and lock-changes to provide security watch of tenant's units while staff and/or vendors complete the necessary work. Key Holders will be responsible for un-locking/locking unit doors, managing unit access and documentation of all unit entries and interactions. TCHC will be awarding a three (3) year Agreement plus the option in favour for TCHC to extend for another two (2) x one (1) - year terms to the two (2) highest scored Proposals. TCHC will average the hourly rates submitted for the top two (2) highest scoring Proposals. Proponents must accept the final average hourly rate in order to be offered an Agreement. The distribution of work will be done by dividing the TCHC portfolio into two (2) geographical groups with Yonge Street being the border.
