The project includes cold milling and asphalt resurfacing of various local streets, grading and placement of surface millings on various alleys, replacement and reconstruction of catch basin covers throughout the City of Benton Harbor, and storm improvements on Britain Avenue. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or a Bid Bond, of a sum no less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid amount, made payable to the City of Benton Harbor, as security for the proper execution of the Contract. The project shall be fully completed no later than November 3rd, 2023.
