**Project Cancelled** Criminal District Court Repairs - Isaac Repairs (FEMA-PA) (Re-Bid) Preform repairs as designated in these documents which include but not limited to : repair or replace dry wall ceilings and wall as approved by the Owner, replace damaged ceiling tile and grid, replace wall coverings, prime and paint water stained drywall (match existing ,color and paint), replace damage carpet with owner approve carpet, replace base molding (IE vinyl, rubber, woo), remove damage carpet padding and repair substrate as required to match existing, replace damaged vinyl composite tile (VCT) repair damaged plaster ceiling and walls, replace damaged trim molding on ceilings and walls as required, visible mold shall be tested by the City of New Orleans Environmental Consultant and a scope of remediation shall be directed to the contractor, sand prime and paint wood and plaster trim to match existing as approve by Owner, repair or replace window sills and trim prime, paint to match existing surrounding trim, Remove and replace window blinds and designated in this document as approved by Owner. All areas impacted my repair and construction work shall be thoroughly cleaned during and at the end of the repairs in the designated area as approved by the Owner.
