The Regional Municipality of York is looking for a consultant to provide Building Condition Assessment Reports for various facilities throughout the region. The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region's Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any proposal received from proponents who do not have a current Good Standing Membership with the Professional Engineers of Ontario shall be rejected from further consideration. Any proposal received from proponents who do not have proof of Ministry of Labour approved "Working at Heights" training and certifications shall be rejected from further consideration. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.
