Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Steinbach, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Description: 1. Demolition work as noted in the project documents. 2. Land Drainage Service (LDS) - provide new pipe, catch basins, and pump out chamber as shown on the project documents. New LDS also to be tied into existing system. 3. Asphalt Paving - Excavate and provide granular base and asphalt. Scope includes line painting and extension/patching at existing parking lot. 4. Concrete Scope - Provide concrete sidewalks, curbs, approaches, lamp standard bases, lighting bollard bases, and electrical panel bases. 5. Fencing Scope - remove/reconfigure existing chain link fencing at the existing maintenance yard. Provide new chain link fencing. Provide wooden privacy fence and wooden parking fence with electrical outlets. 6. Landscape scope - provide shrub beds, rip rap, courtyard drain at PCH, plants, topsoil, sod, and restoration at areas impacted by construction. 7. Electrical - Provide parking receptacles, lamp standards, lighting bollards, and rough-in conduit for future CCTV Cameras. Scope includes relocation of an existing light bollard and the demolition of an existing parking fence section.
