Renovation of an educational facility in Campbell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The replacement of a rooftop air-source heat pump (aka chiller), including the removal of the existing unit and the installation of a new similar unit. Modifications to the existing roof pad and enclosure are required. Two circulation pumps are to be replaced with VFD pumps. Electrical upgrades to provide a new power supply to the chiller is included in the scope of the project.
