This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Navajo Area Indian Healthe Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide CONSTRUCTION services to design, build, and install a custom outdoor shade. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation.
