Roof 1 and 2: Remove existing roof system down to deck and replace with new Built-Up System. b. Built-up roof system will be a 4-ply built-up perma mop with flood coat. Built-up system will need to have a 20 year warranty. c. Roof 3 and 4: Remove existing roof system down to deck and replace with new EPDM roofing system, which includes but not limited to, new EPDM roof, new tapered insulation, new membrane flashing at perimeter, curbs and penetrations, flashing metal at perimeter and curbs, clean roof surfaces upon completion. d. EPDM roof to be 60 mil white, with a 20 year manufactures warranty. Provide submittal on EPDM material e. Includes architectural and engineering services necessary to provide a complete, energy efficient, functional and operational roof replacement. f. If crane is used, provide crane plan three weeks prior to start date for review. g. Please include all safety and barriers necessary to complete the project.
