Chatham Township will receive sealed bids for the following materials: Cinders, State approved (Coarse with no fly ash) delivered to Township building stockpile: 1,000 Ton more or less. #3 & #4 Stone, 1,000 Ton more or less, to be delivered to the township stockpile. 2A Stone, 10,000 Ton more or less, to be delivered to the township stockpile, Tailgate spread with chains, and FOB pit. Diesel Fuel - On Road, including winter mix - 5,000 Gallon more or less, to be delivered to township storage tank, (1,000 gallon tank capacity). DSA 5,000 Ton, State Approved, more or less to be tailgate spread with chains, FOB Pit. A#8 Stone (1B Washed), State Approved, 1,000 Ton more or less, Delivered to Township Stockpile. R8 Stone (Rip Rap Stone), State Approved, 500 Ton more or less, Delivered to site as needed. 2B Stone, State Approved, 500 Ton more or less, Delivered to Township Stock Pile. R3 & 4 Minus Stone, State Approved, 500 Ton more/less, Delivered to Township stock pile and FOB pit. A performance bond of 50% is required and a bid bond of 10% is required. All above material must meet Penn Dot Specification Form 408, dated 1994 and its supplements. All bidders must be Penn Dot Approved. All bidders must file with Chatham Township their liability coverage. All bids must be on forms supplied by the Township.
