Renovation of a residential development in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Chelmsford Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for Floor Covering Services. The estimated contract value is $90,000 for a one (1) year contract. All bids are subjectto applicable bidding lawsincluding, but notlimited to M.G.L. c.149 and applicable federal procurement laws. Bids may not be emailed. Bid deposit shall be in the form of a bid bond, Treasurer's check or Cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Said deposit isto be the propertyof the Chelmsford Housing Authority, if the bidder fails to execute the contract after he has been officially notified that the contract has been awarded to him. The Chelmsford Housing Authority reserves the right to award and/or reject any or all proposals or to cancel this Invitation to Bid, if it is in best interest of the Housing Authority to do so. The Chelmsford Housing Authority is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer/purchaser.
