Remove and reroof of the Autzen Canopy. Includes replacement of 60 sheets of damaged plywood. The University of Oregon (Owner) is accepting sealed bids for a public works project for the Autzen Stadium South Canopy ReRoof project located on the campus of the University of Oregon, in Eugene, Oregon (Project). The Project includes Replacement of existing roofing and flashing and also includes some repair of structural damage as noted in the Drawings and Specifications. Prime bidders who arrive more than 5 minutes after start of time of the meeting (as stated in the Solicitation Document and by the Owners Representatives watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) shall not be permitted to sign in and will not be permitted to submit a bid on the Project. Bids will be received on a lump-sum basis for all of the work. All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. No offer will be received or considered by Owner unless the offer contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the offer that states: Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of bid submission. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders upon the Bid form provided.
