For various roads within the Windswept Development located within Robbinsville Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. A Base Bid is being sought for the project. Scope of work for the Base Bid includes but is not limited to site clearing and mobilization, traffic control, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete curb, ADA ramps, HMA mill-ing, HMA surface course paving, HMA base pavement repair, reconstruction of driveway aprons, inlet repair, storm sewer, striping, site restoration, and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent, and skilled manner. Bidders are informed that all contract work shall be completed within the allocated calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed as shown below: Base Bid 45 Calendar Days Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
