Winning bidder shall perform all work according to the below scope of work and associated general requirements. 1. Vendor to remove old glass from window and prep framing for new glass installation. 2. Vendor to install bronze tinted, tempered insulated glass units. 3. At the end of each workday, the vendor shall clean and remove all debris from work site. 4. Work must be warrantied from leaks or other failures for a period of one year from the time the vendor is paid for the job. 5. All work must be done to all applicable codes and standard industry practices
