Question Deadline 04/27/2023 at 3:00 PM PT The University seeks to hire a contractor to perform flooring installation construction work on an "as needed" basis that will be delivered by Unit Price Job Order (UPJO),and occur on the UCLA Westwood campus as well as off-campus facilities owned by the University. As described in more detail in the Bidding Documents, work under the UPJO will be limited to the following: Flooring installation construction work related to Minor Capital Improvement Projects as well as work which includes repairs of, or alterations to, campus buildings, structures, or facilities to continue their usability at the designed level of service. Bid Security in the amount of $25,000 shall accompany each Bid. In addition, the University is committed to promoting and increasing participation of small business enterprises (SBE's) and disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs) relating to all goods and services covered under the award agreement, subject to any and all applicable obligations under state and federal law, and University policies. License Requirement: The successful Bidder will be required to have both of the following California current and active contractor's licenses at the time of submission of the Bid: C-15 License (Flooring & Floor Covering) AND C-54 License (Ceramic & Mosaic Tile)
