Jacobsen Construction Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") has been selected by Tooele Technical College & DFCM, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", to be the Contractor for new construction of Tooele Technical College Expansion in Tooele Utah, hereinafter referred to as the "Project" This project is located at the existing Tooele Technical College Building. It contains 2 new additions and renovation of the existing building and the renovation of another building located across the street. All trades will be on the project. Please pay special attention to the schedule and phasing plan located in the Bid Manual. This is Jacobsens project and is fully funded.
