Site work for a municipal facility in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work will consist of demolition, grading, excavation and off haul of soil, construction of biotechnical stabilization structures, construction of habitat features, installation and maintenance of native plants, and deployment of erosion control measures. The successful Bidder shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. Question Deadline: 05/10/2023 at 3:30 PM PT All questions must be e-mailed to Ross Murphy (ross.murphy@countyofnapa.org. No questions will be accepted after this deadline. Responses to questions received will be included in the final addendum. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contractor must have a current registration with the DIR as a Public Works Contractor (PWC) at the time of bid opening. Class A - General contractor's license is required for this project.
