Design Build of the City of Winnipegs Hydrogen Generation and Dispensing Project at 421 Osborne Street (Fort Rouge Garage), Winnipeg, Manitoba (the Project) The City has structured the Project to meet the following objectives, which are listed in no particular order: o to invite eligible Proponents to prepare and submit innovative, competitive Proposals; o to expeditiously complete the procurement process; and o to ensure a quality design that supports the operation of the City's hydrogen fuel cell bus fleet over there expected 18 year life. The scope of work for this project is the design and construction of new hydrogen fueling infrastructure, including but not limited to a PEM electrolyzer, on-site hydrogen storage, 350 bar hydrogen dispensing equipment, and associated civil works, as well as continued service and maintenance of the station for a period of 2 years. Work is to be peformed while minimizing impact to the continued operations at the Citys Fort Rouge Garage. **Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.**
