Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Columbia is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the following: AMI Water Meter Installation District 1 (WM471402) BID# 029-22-23-UJ B All questions must be submitted electronically The City of Columbia will provide the Activated AMI Meters and End Points, and AMI Meter Boxes or Lids for Installation by the Contractor. The Water Meters and Meter Boxes will be stacked on a Pallet for the Contractor to pick-up at the City of Columbia District Office #1. B. Once the New Meters have been installed, the Contractor must add the Sticker from the New Meters and End Points, and the date of installation to the Printed Work Order, provided by the City of Columbia to the Contractor, and return the Printed Work Order to David Winburn, Project Manager for processing, daily due to City of Columbia Water Billing to Customers. 1. Each New Meter will be deemed complete when the Work Order has been turned in and processed. 2. Each New Meter Box will need to be installed to existing grade 3. Any New Boxes that are not needed shall be returned to the City of Columbia. Please note that some Meters may already have Meter Boxes but you will need the New AMI Lids. 4. ALL New Water Meter Replacements are in District #1. 5. The Contractor is to provide all materials for Renewals except for Meter Materials (Meter, Meter Spud, Bushing, Backflow, End Point, Meter Box Lib & Meter Box (If required). 6. Mobilization must be included with the Unit Prices Bid.
