The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia ("the Owner") seeks proposals from interested qualified Engineering firms to provide engineering services for the design of upgraded culverts underneath Emmanuel Church Road and the Colonels Island Railroad in Brunswick, GA. The firm is to provide any/all environmental delineations as may be required including any/all permit acquisitions, preliminary construction plans, refined cost estimates, generating plats for right-of-way acquisitions as may be required, and provide a "turnkey" construction bid package including plans, specifications, all applicable permitting, and a final engineer's estimate. The specific services requested are outlined in detail in the scope of services within this request for proposal. As of August 11, 2023, per owner a design team has been selected. There is currently no construction timeline.
