This project also includes replacing any and all insulation material underneath the existing roof. Proposals should include the total cost of the project and a description of 60 mil EPDM installation (mechanical, fully-adhered, or ballasted). The roofing area is approximately 60 feet by 30 feet. The work site can be viewed and visited by interested parties at th eir convenience. The work location is 29340 South Gibraltar Road, Gibraltar, MI, 48173
