**As of June 7, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $581,727.50** Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier check or surety bond of a corporation acceptable to the City and in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid presented, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00.
