This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction work at Herbert Hoover National Historic Site. This is a Sealed Bid. The complete specifications, drawings, provisions, and clauses are available. The work consists of completely replacing the foundations of three houses. Invitation for Bid will include three line items. Offerors are required to submit an offer that conforms to the solicitation documents with pricing for three line items. Failure to do so shall render the bid unacceptable. BONDS: A bid guarantee is required 20%. Bid bond is required to be submitted on a Standard Form 24. Performance and Payment bonds/protection in the amount of 100% of final contract award amount. IMPORTANT NOTICE: New size standards were updated effective December 19, 2022.
