GRDA will accept questions regarding this RFP until 5/5/23 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. ocation This contract consists of a 69kV Transmission Line located between GRDA Substation Summit located in Muskogee County Oklahoma and GRDA Beggs Substation located in Okmulgee County Oklahoma. Project Description This Project consists of, but not limited to, the removal and replacement of approximately (109) H-frame wood structures, (5) 3 pole running angles, (3) H-frame running angles, (1) 3 pole dead-end, and (2) Hframe dead-end, and (1) H-frame with shield wire dead-end located in Muskogee County and Okmulgee County Oklahoma. The transmission line extends approximately 42.6 miles between the Summit Substation and the Beggs Substation. The existing structures to be removed are wooden poles with wood cross-arms, X-braces and knee-braces. The existing conductor is 336 ACSR (Linnet). The OHGW consists of (1) 3/8" HS galvanized wire and (1) DNO 4772 OPGW. The structures are to be replaced utilizing wood poles with fiberglass, wood, and steel cross-arms, wood x-braces, and fiberglass and wood knee-braces. The existing conductor and OHGW's will remain in place and the conductor will be de-energized and the OPGW "live" while the structures are removed and replaced. The existing conductor and OHGW's are to be re-attached to the new structures. Also, gates and matting will be installed at locations where they are required. All construction shall be performed in strict accordance with these specifications and the attached applicable drawings and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
