Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener ("the City") to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Surface Asphalt Contract, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The work includes the paving of surface asphalt on newly reconstructed streets coming off the City's two-year warranty including utility adjustments and includes portions of concrete work (curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway ramps, bus pads) within the same work street location limits.
